What is included in my Client Critic membership?

As a member, you will have access to our growing database of problem or difficult clients in your market.  You will create your own username and password that will allow you to login to the site.  Once you enter the site, you will be able to have two major functions.  The first user-friendly function is the ability for you to input specific information into a form about problem or difficult customers.  The second valuable function is the ability to search that same database to find out if your potential customer has given other business owner’s problems or difficulties.  This will enable you to make an informed decision on whether or not you should offer your companies service to this potentially difficult customer.

Will my business identity be revealed?

At Client Critic, we go out of our way for business owners like yourself to be able to post real life business experiences without your specific information being revealed to the public.  The only information that will be revealed is your user name at the bottom of each report you submit.

How do clients get on the list?

Business owners will submit multiple reports regarding bad experiences with clients.  They will report on things like:  the customer wrote a bad check, never paid, wanted something for free, withheld part of a payment, broke contract, excessively picky, or just hard to deal with.

Does Client Critic allow consumers to post their own reports

It is our mission to keep this site dedicated to the use of business owners.  We currently offer a free membership so there may be times when consumers log in and post information.  We ask that if in your search you see a consumer posting information about a business, that you email us at customerservice@clientcritic.com.  Provide us with the User Name so we may take a look at their submissions.  With your help we can keep these difficult customers out of our site.  It only benefits your business to do so! :)

What kind of companies post on Client Critic?

Clien Critic targets the entire business community because of the simple fact that most business owners face the problem of dealing with difficult customers.  Business's that offer service such as landscaping, contracting, and rental services often encounter difficult customers.  When you Add A Report, you will notice a drop down menu for you to select the type of business you own.  If you do not see your business in the list, you may select OTHER, and type what kind of business you have.  We will then add that type of business to our drop down list for your convenience.  If you do not see the list updated, feel free to contact us with the business you want on the drop down menu at feedback@clientcritic.com

Is there a membership fee?

Currently, Client Critic is a FREE membership for all business owners.  However, if you would like to advertise your business on our site or sponsor our site, feel free to send us an email at advertising@clientcritic.com

What is the difference between Client Critic and a Credit Report?

Client Critic is not a substitution for a credit report.  It provides a unique advantage that a credit report does not provide.  When you get a credit report, you have to ask for permission, which makes a lot of consumers hesitate because they are just unwilling and it will bring down their credit score.  By accessing Client Critic, you can get a quick reference about a client before you decide to do work for them.  This "word-of-mouth" database is simple advice that is offered to Client Critic members so that they will be able to make an informed decision when taking on a new customer.  You are no longer walking completely blind into the customer's grip, but you have knowledge that will help your business save time and revenue  Plus, the client will not even know you checked them out because you are not accessing any personal credit information; just "word of mouth" advice from other business owners that have dealt with the same client.you

What if I sign up and don’t like it?

This very seldom happens and we do not foresee you not liking to save your valuable time and hard earned money.  But if for some strange reason you don't like it, please send us an email about what you don't like.  Client Critic uses feedback from our members to improve our site everyday.  If you would like to cancel your account, then read the instructions on how to do so.you

What is in this for me?
